In 2018, Momentum Energy moved into new digs along with its sister company, Entura and group parent, Hydro Tasmania. This group of three businesses (the Hydro Group) was about to switch roughly 400 people to a new building, new co-workers and an entirely new way of working. One of the key pieces we produced to help make the transition as smooth as possible was the 530 Collins Workplace Guide. It explained every rule, policy, process and suggestion in plain English - and with a touch of humour.
